- Willis Heidi (Heidi Willis) a self-taught artist, naturalist, watercolor painting, was born in Australia. Her works illustrate the Australian exotic plants, flowers, fruit and seed capsules, while her wonderful portraits of fascinating bird life offers viewers a glimpse into the world as she sees it.Works by the artist since 2003, Heidi quickly established itself as one of the emerging artistic talent in Australia. Her reputation as a leading naturalist, wildlife artist and artist-botanist, is well known, and its meticulous and complex studies in botany and birds can be found in public and private collections around the world.
The works were presented at the Heidi-known national and international exhibitions. Her works are in the permanent collection of the Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation of Pennsylvania, USA.
