It is because of Sri Sathya Sai Baba that my life is happier, more meaningful and insightful and my job is enriched with new challenges and new perspectives and meanings: "Work is love made visible." His love and service translated into action for over 60 years are mind boggling, and His initiatives at cross cultural understanding among devotees from over 160 countries are just as amazing, writes Dr Yassin Sankar, Professor of Management, Dalhousie University, Canada. Transformation From Within…
Friday, May 10, 2013
In today's world of competition and corruption, jealousy and hatred, transformation is what man needs the most. How are we to achieve it? This transformation should come from within and that too on a mass scale. Just as one tree does not make a forest or one house a village, so also one man's transformation does not serve the purpose of society. According to Swami, for the transformation of humanity, first each individual has to transform himself, next there should be transformation in the family, then transformation in the community, thereafter transformation in the nation which finally leads to transformation in the world, writes Sri Parthish Dubey, then (1989) a XII standard student at Bhagawan's school. Extracted from his speech delivered in the immediate Divine Presence. Read on… read more »Posted in Sai Spiritual Showers
When Beauty Was Being…
Friday, May 3, 2013
Here is an attempt to describe the Beauty of The Lord Who Walks The Earth in Prasanthi, captured from an eventful day's memory, 27th day of the first month of 1974, a day when Bhagawan granted interviews for almost six hours, exuding pristine freshness and joy, utterly untouched by strain or tedium. Writing about the Beauty of His Being, R. Ganapathi asks what was it that elevated the beauty that evening, above the holy beauty of sea and mountain of sun and moon, and placed it along with the consumingly Divine Beauty of the entrancing Idol of Kamakshi at Kanchi, or of the Nataraj at Chidambaram, or Balaji at Tirupati?

Significant Words…
Thursday, May 2, 2013
The wonderful multicoloured panorama of God's creation, with its varied faces, is astounding when one looks at it with an eye of love and compassion. Today, man often fails to look at the world with his natural vision, failing to catch the bigger picture, missing out its beauty owing to blurred, tainted vision. A beautiful eye-opener from the early sixties, as chronicled by Sri PS Menon…from Sanathana Sarathi, September 1960. read more »Posted in Sai Spiritual Showers
Parva Nai…
Tuesday, April 30, 2013
Although most of us know that Baba is Bhagawan and nothing is impossible for Him, still we like to hear about His Mahimas (miracles), marvelling at them, all over again, as if they were not a self understood matter, when He is concerned, writes Indra Devi, Tecate, Mexico illustrating some of her experiences, as chronicled in Sanathana Sarathi, Feb, 1971.
