NEW DIGITAL INITIATIVES BY THE 'SATHYA SAI WITH STUDENTS' COMMUNITY

Sai Ram,

Sri Srinivas Srirangarajan, Controller of Examinations, SSSIHL sent the first tweet to mark the launch.

These links are also available at the bottom of the homepage of the blog. The image of the same is attached herewith.

Based on feedback received from lots of Sai devotees across the globe and alumni of Bhagavan's educational institutions, these three digital initiatives have been launched. The common underlying objective for all of them is:

'Sathya Sai with Students' is a unique community dedicated to sharing the most cherished moments that the students of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning were blessed to have with the Revered Founder Chancellor, Sri Sathya Sai Baba during their stay at the Institute. It is an extension of the blog with the same name that focusses on different facets of these interactions. Our endeavour is to collate these precious memories, Divine messages and authentic experiences of Swami's students and staff, on a common platform and present them to the readers, so that through these writings, the Love of Swami for His students can be known and experienced by all. This community and the blog are maintained by the Sai Publications Division of Sri Sathya Sai Hostel for Senior Students, Prasanthi Nilayam.

Please share this information with your class groups, friends, Sai devotees and Samiti members so that they can benefit from Swami's nectarine Message and memorable experiences and interactions on the social media and digital space.

Loving Regards

- Refrain from unnecessarily worrying about the future : Kamaraju
NT NETWORK

PANAJI: Prof Anil Kumar Kamaraju, known as official translator of Sri Sathya Sai Babas discourses in the Sai fraternity as well as to the general public, said that everyone should lead a happy life, and must refrain from unnecessarily engaging one’s mind in the anxieties related to his or her future.

Prof Anil Kumar was speaking during a discourse on Sri Sathya Sai Baba. on the topic *A tribute to the legacy of Sri Sathya Sai Baba*. at the Menezes Braganza hall, recently. The discourse was inaugurated by the Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Parrikar. in the presence of the Advocate General, Mr Atmaram Nadkarni, the state president of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation. Mr Ramesh Sawant and the district president of the organisation, Mr Prakash Dharwatker.

Prof Anil Kumar further explained the meaning of spirituality in simple terms as stated by Sri Sathya Sai Baba. He further exhorted that we should live our lives and not lead our lives, reiterating that we should enjoy every moment of our life by living for the present and not get depressed by the past or worry about the future, since the present moment is divinity and God itself.

Shri Sathya Sai Baba, a power of faith for countless people in and outside India departed from the world in April, last year. However, all of them still feel his presence within them since, and find him to be a guiding force. From average devotees of Shri Sathya Sai Baba to high profile devotees, all believe in him, and hope for his blessings. The second discourse was delivered at the Ravindra Bliavan, Margao in the presence of the chairman of Ravindra Bhavan, Mr Damu Naik and chairman of State Law Commission, Mr Narendra Sawaikar. This programme commenced with singing of soul stirring bhajans. Prof Anil Kumar, his talk spoke about the selfless service rendered by Sri Sathya Sai Baba in the form of super speciality hospitals in Bangalore and at Prasanthi Nilayam, at Andhra Pradesh, offering highest medical care completely free of cost. He also mentioned about the Sri Sathya Sai University offering education free of cost from kindergarten to post graduation, and about the drinking water project in Andhra Pradesh, which has bought drinking water to thousands of villages there.

Mr Anil Kumar also delivered a talk at the Salgaocar Law College hall, which was organised by the Andhra Sangam. This talk elucidated the contribution of Sri Sathya Sai Baba to the Telugu culture. The same morning, a unique 'Walk the Talk with Prof Anil Kumar* programme was held at the Miramar beach, for allowing the people to get close to Prof Anil Kumar and get their spiritual queries clarified. Prof Anil Kumar extolled the people of Goa for their quest of spiritual knowledge.
