En un satsang que tuvo lugar en la presencia divina en Singapur, el 29 de septiembre de 2015, un devoto solicita orientación sobre las nueve fases de transformación maestro.

Y esto es lo que dijo Swami:

Pregunta: Swami, dijo todo el curso de la transformación profesor puede ser clasificado en nueve fases. Puede usted por favor, arrojar más luz sobre eso.

Swami: Si te digo todo esto, ¿qué vas a hacer? (Risas) Quiero que todos juntar sus pensamientos y llegar a la forma, paso a paso y en la práctica, se les puede enseñar a varias cosas. Para la primera parte, por lo menos debe comenzar con la introducción general de por qué los profesores desempeñan el papel más importante en la sociedad - cómo transforman la sociedad, cómo pueden ayudar a la nación. Todo lo que Swami ha dicho hoy puede ser parte del primer curso.

¿Cómo hacer que necesitan para comportarse? ¿Qué es lo que tienen que hacer con el fin de servir de ayuda a la sociedad? Luego darles algunos ejemplos prácticos. Cuando digo que la transformación es importante, la práctica antes de que se predica. Darles algunos ejemplos, darles historias, les dan ejercicios para hacer. La próxima vez, cuando un niño comete un error, ¿cómo iban a tratar con el mismo niño? Iban a enojar y crítico o iban a compasivamente tratar de resolver el problema con el niño? Iban a tratar de entender por qué el niño se comporta de esa manera, o simplemente concluir que se trata de un niño malo? Iban a adoptar una actitud positiva, o iban a adoptar un enfoque negativo? De esta manera, y con cada uno de estos principios, crear ejercicios prácticos que los profesores pueden aplicar y dar seguimiento. Ellos deben regresar y sentir que, sí, ellos fueron capaces de encontrar una diferencia, y están listos para el próximo curso. Romper cada uno de los nueve fases de esta manera.

In a satsang held in the divine presence at Singapore, on 29 September, 2015, a devotee seeks guidance on the nine phases of teacher transformation.

And here is what Swami said:

Question: Swami, You said the entire course on teacher transformation can be graded in nine phases. Can You please, shed more light on that.

Swami: If I tell you the whole thing, what will you do? (Laughter) I want you all to put together your thoughts and come up with how, step-by-step and practically, you can teach them multiple things. For the first part, you should at least start with the general introduction of why teachers play the most important role in society -- how they transform society, how they can help the nation. All that Swami has spoken about today can be part of the first course.

How do they need to behave? What do they need to do in order to be of help to society? Then give them some practical examples. When I say transformation is important, practice before you preach. Give them some examples, give them stories, give them exercises to do. The next time, when a child makes a mistake, how would they deal with the same child? Would they get angry and judgmental or would they compassionately try and resolve the problem with the child? Would they try and understand why the child is behaving that way, or simply conclude that it is a bad child? Would they take a positive approach, or would they take a negative approach? In this manner, and with each of these principles, create practical exercises which the teachers can implement and follow. They should return and feel that, yes, they were able to find a difference, and are ready for the next course. Break up each the nine phases this way.
