Cuando Swami salió de su habitación, vio a un niño que actuó como Narasimha Murthy Sir en un drama, parado junto a él, y juguetonamente comentó: "¡Oh! tanto el original como el duplicado, ambos están aquí ".

Luego se volvió hacia el niño y le dijo: "Simplemente al poner a Vibhuti como Narasimha Murthy o usar ropa como él o hablar como él, ¿te convertirías en él? No, en absoluto. Tienes que seguir lo que hizo, solo entonces puedes convertirte en el original, de lo contrario seguirás siendo un duplicado ".

Swami a menudo cita su propio poema en el que dice: "Todos los pájaros verdes hablarán como loros, todos los insectos que se arrastran sobre las flores se convertirán en tigres, un burro cubierto con piel de tigre se convertirá en tigre y sin darse cuenta de su divinidad uno puede ser devoto". ? "

Poner Vibhuthi, usar ropa blanca y cantar o hablar sobre Swami no hace que uno sea devoto, pero darse cuenta de sí mismo lo hace, enfatiza Swami.

Bien, todos hemos nacido a Su imagen y semejanza según lo que Él dijo en varias ocasiones, cuando Él nos llama 'Encarnaciones de la Divinidad'. Pero, por desgracia, seguimos siendo duplicados a menos que nos demos cuenta de nuestra propia Divinidad al seguirlo hasta que lleguemos a ser verdaderamente Él, el original.

Sacrifice is the natural quality of love. If there is no sacrifice, there is no love at all. A coin has two faces: on one side, its value is written and on the other side the symbol that represents that nation is imprinted. The coin will have value only of it has both sides imprinted. Therefore, love without sacrifice is no love; sacrifice without love is no sacrifice. Only when both are there, human life will find value. Therefore, human life is nothing but love filled with sacrifice and sacrifice filled with love.

With the Blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, we are delighted to present our One Hundred and Ninth issue of Ananda Vahini. The weekly newsletter includes interesting musings and short excerpts from the week's events.

In this issue, we present you a photo feature of the Makara Sankranti Celebrations held on January 18, 2018 and glimpses from the 'Annual Sports and Cultural Meet 2018' of the Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Group of Institutions held between January 15 and January 18, 2018 at Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli.

As Swami walked out of His room, He saw a boy who acted as Narasimha Murthy Sir in a drama, standing next to him, and playfully remarked, "Oh! the original as well as duplicate, both are here."

Then He turned to the boy and said, "Just by putting Vibhuti like Narasimha Murthy or wearing clothes like him or speaking like him, would you become him? No, not at all. You need to follow what he did, only then you can become the original, else you will remain a duplicate."

Swami often quotes His own poem wherein He says, "Will all green birds speak like Parrots, will all insects crawling on flowers become Bees, will a Donkey covered in Tiger's skin become a Tiger, and without realising one's divinity can one be called a devotee?"

Putting Vibhuthi, wearing whites and singing or speaking about Swami does not make one a devotee, but realising oneself does, emphasises Swami.

Well, we are all born in His image and likeness as told by Him on several occasions, when He calls us 'Embodiments of Divinity'. But alas, we remain duplicates unless we realise our own Divinity by following Him till we become truly Him, the original.
