God and His Gentlest Creation... Sweet Sai Gopala

On this month of August falls Krishna Janmastami, the divine birthday of Lord Krishna. In the earlier years, on this special day Swami used to visit the Gokulam, the idyllic abode of the cows in Prasanthi Nilayam, and shower His Love in plenty on these fortunate beings of the animal kindgom. These days, His students bring the cows to the Prasanthi Mandir in grand procession and now the love fest between Sai Krishna and His cows are there for all to see in the Sai Kulwant Hall. One cannot help but visualise the charming Gopala of the earlier era on such occasions. Here are a few glimpses of that sweet love that the Lord has for these innocent, pious and selfless beings.
