"Earlier, I was in the Physical Body. Now, I am in the Subtle Body. It was easy to believe when I was in the Physical Body. Now it requires greater purity to perceive and believe Me in the Subtle Body. Here is an example: when children are in the First Standard, the teacher tells them, 'The sun rises in the East and sets in the West.' The children believe it, and they can also see it happening every morning and evening. This makes it easy to believe what their teacher says. When the same children go to the Sixth Standard, their teacher tells them, 'The sun neither rises nor sets. The sun is stationary and the Earth rotates on its own axis and revolves round the sun, which causes day and night to occur.' The children will believe that also, even though they cannot see what the teacher says. You believed Me when I was in the physical body; then you were in the First Standard. Now, you have to grow up to the level of the Sixth Standard students to believe in Me in the Subtle Body."-Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba*

Sri Sathya Sai Uvacha is a compilation of eighteen Divine Discourses given by Bhagawan in subtle body. Here are some excerpts of what some of the devotees of Bhagawan have said in Sri Sathya Sai Uvacha.
MR. ISAAC TIGRETT
"This collection of Divine Discourses (Sri Sathya Sai Uvacha) was recorded live between May 2014 and September 2014 throughout India, the United Kingdom and Singapore. They were given by the Indian Master, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba in an extraordinary manifestation, the Spirit Body, as it is well documented that He left the Physical Body in April 2011.
It is for certain, impossible for the intellect to comprehend such a phenomenon of this possibility, as it hints at the inconceivable answer to mankind's ultimate questions since life on earth began: Is There Life After Death? "Our Divine Lord, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba has not gone anywhere! He is with us and is continuing His mission of spreading love, harmony and peace through educare and healthcare. Currently, He is in His Subtle Body and is establishing many educare and healthcare institutions. He is instructing and inspiring individuals and groups, and galvanising them for His mission. Having served as His humble servant in the Divine Mission for more than four decades and having basked in His love, I could easily connect myself to Him when He came to me in the Subtle Body five months after He ended His physical sojourn on Earth. It is my good fortune and that of my family that He continues to guide and guard us even now.
Those who have seen Him in the physical form might find it strange to understand this phenomenon, but for me the experience is the same. The love, the kindness, the compassion and the care are just the same as what I have experienced in more than 40 years of my association with Bhagawan. At the core of it all is love and love alone, which manifested itself as massive service projects of great social relevance, initiated by Him when He was in the physical body and continuing even today; in fact with greater vigour and eagerness to serve more and more of humanity, I may add. I must not forget to mention that during one such interaction with Swami in his Subtle Form at our home, Sai Darshan, I had the good fortune to see His form seated right in front of me on the chair! He has gone nowhere. He is ageless. Earlier, I knew and sincerely believed it, but now I experience it all the time.
My fellow Sai devotees, Swami Mission is to uplift humanity and raise our consciousness, which He continues to do even today. Be a part of this noble mission that continues, and be blessed!"
SRI B. N. NARASIMHA MURTHY
"He (Bhagawan) took pains to gradually prepare the people around Him and the world to receive His revelations about Himself when He was in the physical form. He is doing the same now, after He chose to continue His mission in the subtle form since April 2011. What appeared as a trickle three years back, is now growing into a mighty river. Let us now have a look at what the whole world can see today in His unfolding mission.
It does not matter whether one is a devotee or not, whether one can believe in the subtle form of Baba or not; everyone can today see what He has been doing. Bhagawan Baba has established six new educational institutions in Karnataka and a super specialty hospital in Chhattisgarh in the last three years; many more are in the works. He has already delivered more than fifty discourses in India and abroad in the last six months. He is not seen, but His actions are seen. The message is loud and clear for everyone to hear; the essence of the message is the same: love, compassion, harmony, peace and welfare, and emancipation of mankind through selfless service.
Many questions may arise in human minds, which encounter for the first time, this Divine Phenomenon, unparalleled in the written history of the world: What is the Subtle Form? How does Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba work through His Subtle Form? How does He speak? How does He contact people and inspire them to work in His mission? How does He gather the material and human resources for His mission? – these are a few among many such questions. Let us now find answers in what Bhagawan Himself has been saying in His Divine Discourses since May 2014".
SRI MADHUSUDHAN
"Swami also explained to that He could not continue physically because it was impossible for Him to even brush His teeth or put on His clothes and look after Himself. It was too below His dignity to depend on others for that long, so He decided to give up the 'old car' as He called it, which didn't work anymore, and change into a 'new car' which could go faster towards the same Goal of Transformation. "The Road is the same. The Goal is the same. It is just the car that has changed," He said.
Then He explained that He has four forms. The Physical Form, Sthoola Shareera, like we all have; the Subtle Form, Sookshma Shareera, which is the mind, with feelings and thoughts - just like the Physical Form, minus flesh and bones; the Higher Subtle Form, Athi Sookshma Shareera, which is how He comes into peoples' dreams and meditations; and finally, the Omnipresent Super Subtle Form, Paraa Sookshma Shareera, in which He is present in every being and every atom, everywhere.
Swami said, "I will be in this Subtle Form, which is just like the Physical Form, without flesh and bones." That is how He is going to take His mission forward. "My work is not yet over!" He declared. "Keep yourself selfless and pure so that I may use you all as My instruments. I do not have a body, but I shall use your bodies to do My work. Your hands shall be My hands, your feet shall be My feet, your words shall be My words, and your actions shall be My actions. Be selfless. Glorious times are ahead, when the whole world will become Saimayam (filled with Sai). Soon, I will be back in another Physical Form as Prema Sai, who will further guide you all and continue the work."
SRI C. SRINIVAS
"From the bosom of Prasanthi Nilayam, where the beautiful form of Sri Sathya Sai merged unto eternity, It redefines Its Presence as an experiential continuum. That by a closing of the eyes, He reveals Himself and His voice echoes clearly within, is as much mystical, as tangible. The stated too often shades the mysterious. This is the beauty of both Life and the incomprehensible Divine.
When Vinayaka Krishna Gokak described Swami as the manifestation of the statement, "Handsome is as handsome does," Swami sweetly responded that He fits better to, "Love is as Love does." And He went on to make Prof V. K. Gokak the first Vice Chancellor of His University.
Swami enabled in us both the discovery of Love as the very core of our being and service to all as its purest expression. Truly, from what one was blessed to see from close quarters, He was Love embodied and perpetually expressing it. Love is all there was, is and will be. In it, everything is united and understood. And Love that knows no definition, defined Sri Sathya Sai. The Task at hand is to fill every moment with that expression of Love, as He did. With this, every moment of ours touches eternity and we, Him!"
PANDIT SHIVKUMAR SHARMA
"During Baba's physical presence on this planet I experienced Baba's Omnipresence many a time, which I have shared with Sai devotees in different articles in the past. But the purpose of sharing my experience this time is: How Swami established contact with my whole family and me after theMahasamadhi.
A few months after He shed His mortal body; I received a phone call from Smt. Shalini-ji (wife of Sri C. Sreenivas from Bangalore) that a student of Sri Sathya Sai Institute, Sri Madhusudan, was receiving messages from directly Swami. Initially, they could not believe that it was possible, but when they met him due to certain messages that were given to them, which were known only to them and Swami, they were convinced that there was a person who had been chosen as a 'communicator' by Swami to carry on the work for serving humanity.
Last year, in the month of November 2013, Baba came to my home. During our conversation, He asked me, "What are you doing on 23rd November?" I said, "Swami, I am free." He said, "Both you and your wife go to Puttaparthi to have samadhi darshan and on the 24th morning, come to Muddenahalli. You can leave for Mumbai in the evening." I immediately booked our tickets. We went to Puttaparthi. We had a wonderful experience sitting at the samadhi on the Birthday of Swami. After darshan, we left for Muddenahalli. The moment I entered that place, I could feel a Divine Energy all over. Then, we were taken to Baba's residence for an Interview. I felt as if we were back to earlier times, when following Baba's birthday we would to have an Interview on 24th November. Madhusudhan-ji took us inside the room. Baba started communicating to us through Madhu-ji and blessed us. "Whenever you came on My Birthday, I used to give you an Interview the next day. Now I am here, so I called you for an Interview, this time in Muddenahalli." As usual, many personal things were discussed, which only Swami would know about, and we were overjoyed with this unbelievable experience. We returned to Mumbai totally energised with the feeling that Swami was with us!
I feel that Baba is proclaiming to the world that His work to serve humanity will not stop, even though He is not in the physical body. Whether it is opening new hospitals and new schools or helping needy people, everything is going on as before. I think that He is maintaining a continuous link with us all over world, until He comes back again as Prema Sai!"
