¡Swami instruyó al grupo central que se había reunido para decir adiós a Swami, para buscar una tierra cercana para un Ashram! Los devotos estaban jubilosos de que se estableciera un Ashram en México, además del Centro para el Desarrollo Humano.

Discurso divino:
Swami en su mensaje divino comenzó diciendo que es debido a la disminución de los valores humanos en la humanidad, debido a la falta de temor al pecado y al amor por Dios, el mundo ha llegado a este estado de inquietud. "La situación en que se encuentra el mundo es una cuestión de grave preocupación. Habiendo viajado a tantos países, algo que comúnmente prevalece es el aumento del miedo, las preocupaciones y ansiedades, la tristeza y la depresión, especialmente en las mentes de los jóvenes. No se les ha proporcionado ningún tipo de orientación. Les han dicho que vivan en competencia, pero no en cooperación. Están llevando vidas egoístas, que es la causa de toda tristeza. Si quieres poner en orden este mundo y mejorarlo, los seres humanos que habitan este mundo tienen que ser mejores. Esto se puede hacer primero ayudándoles a desarrollar el amor por Dios, lo que automáticamente llevará al miedo a hacer algo mal. Entonces habrá moralidad en la sociedad. Una sociedad carente de valores humanos, es peor que el ecosistema de un bosque. Para recuperar la moral en los seres humanos, este Centro se ha previsto. ¿Cuál es este valor humano que le da valor a los humanos? El fuego derivó su valor de bifurcar su capacidad de quemar, el agua se valora cuando es capaz de enfriarse y viento cuando es capaz de volar. Estas son las cualidades inherentes que les dan valor. El verdadero valor que da valor a la vida humana es el amor. Este no es el amor mundano, que está contaminado con expectativas. El amor divino que vive dando y perdonando, y no quiere nada a cambio, da verdadero valor a los humanos. Los seres humanos tienen que desarrollar este amor divino, solo entonces habrá un futuro para este mundo.
¿Por qué este lugar está fuera de todo en México? ¿Por qué no en otro lado? Para todo hay una razón y una temporada. Dios no elige nada sin una razón o temporada. El centro no es sobre la construcción y la tierra debajo o el cielo arriba. Hay un tipo correcto de seres humanos en este lugar, cuyos corazones sangran por el sufrimiento del mundo y quieren hacer algo al respecto. Quieren hacer algo tangible ".
Swami luego habló sobre el Sr. Rafael diciendo que durante los últimos 18 años, él quería hacer este Centro. Swami dijo: "Antes de que pudiera cambiar el mundo, quería que él mismo se cambiara. Estos 18 años le han enseñado mucho y ha madurado con experiencias. ¡Es por eso que esperé tanto tiempo! "¡Las demoras de Dios nunca son sus negaciones!

Swami instructed the core group who had gathered to bid farewell to Swami, to look for a land close by for an Ashram! The devotees were jubilant that an Ashram will also be established in Mexico, apart from the Centre for Human Development.

Divine Discourse:
Swami in His divine message started by saying that it is because of the decline of human values in humanity, due to lack of fear of sin and love for God, the world has come to this state of restlessness. "The situation that the world is in, is a matter of grave concern. Having travelled to so many countries, one thing that is commonly prevalent is the increase in fear, worries and anxieties, sadness and depression especially in the minds of the young. No right kind of guidance has been provided to them. They have been told to live in competition, but not in cooperation. They are leading selfish lives, which is the cause of all sorrow. If you want to set this world right and make it better, human beings who inhabit this world have to become better. This can be done by first helping them develop love for God, which will automatically lead to fear of wrong doing. Then there will be morality in society. A society bereft of human values, is worse than the ecosystem of a forest. To bring back morality in human beings, this Centre has been envisaged. What is this human value which gives value to humans? Fire derived its value fork its ability to burn, water is valued when it is able to cool and wind when it is able to blow. These are the inherent qualities which give them value. The true value which gives value to human life is love. This is not the worldly love, which is contaminated with expectations. Divine love which lives by giving and forgiving, and does not want anything in return, gives true value to humans. Human beings have to develop this divine love, only then there willl be a future to this world.
Why this place out of all in Mexico? Why not elsewhere? For everything there is a reason and season. God does not choose anything without a reason or season. Centre is not about the building and earth below or the sky above. There are right kind of human beings in this place, whose hearts bleed for the suffering of the world and they want to do something about it. They want to do something tangible."
Swami then went on to speak about Mr Rafael saying that for the last 18 years, he wanted to do this Centre. Swami said, "Before he could change the world, I wanted him to change himself. These 18 years have taught him much and he has ripened with experiences. This is why I waited for so long!" God's delays are never His denials!
