DEVOTIONAL MOVIES GALORE ON THE LIFE OF SHIRDI SAI BABA - GURUVARAM - "Guruvaram" made under the banner of Nitya Sri Creations, is a Telugu film based on the life of Shirdi Sai Baba. Produced, Directed & Music Composed by music director Lakshmi Vigna Vinayaka, this film has the Late actor Rami Reddy portraying the part of Shirdi Sai Baba. The importance of "Thursday" has been explained in this movie, hence aptly titled as "Guruvaram". Several episodes from the Life of Sai Baba have been shown that have never been shown in movies till date. The entire "Shri Sai Satcharitra" has been portrayed in this film. The music of this movie will be soon launched while the movie is slated to be released in early June`2011. - OM ALLAH - A Hindi movie "Om Allah" is an upcoming film directed by Faisal Saif. The film stars Milind Gunaji portraying the character of Shirdi Sai Baba, Pakistani actress Meera as a Pakistani journalist and Indian Sports promoter turned Shirdi Sai Baba follower Aushim Khetarpal. This film revolves around the real life Match Fixing incident of Aushim Khetarpal, the problems he faced, the allegations which were put on him and how ultimately he was proved innocent, ending up as a staunch devotee of Shirdi Sai Baba. The movie is shot in Mathura, Vrindavan, Delhi and Pakistan. "Om Allah" is not a depiction of the Life of Shirdi Sai Baba but is based on how Baba's teachings transforms the life of a Match-Fixer, who then renounces the world of cricket and turns to spiritualism, ending up as a staunch follower of Sai Baba. - SHIRDI SAI - "Shirdi Sai" being made under the banner of Sai Krishna Entertainments, is another Telugu movie based on the Life & Miracles of Shirdi Sai Baba. Music by M.M.Keeravani will be recorded in July`2011. The film to be directed by K.Raghavendra Rao will hit the sets in November`2011 only to be released in 2012. Tollywood/Bollywood actor Akkineni Nagarjuna is slated to play the part of Shirdi Sai Baba and so to learn more about Baba, his life-n-teachings, Nagarjuna, for which for the first time visited Shirdi in March`2011 and took Baba's Blessings. Nagarjuna said, “I know very little about Shirdi Sai Baba and am trying to gain more knowledge now. From the time I agreed to do this film I’m experiencing sleepless nights. It’s only because Baba is a God and large number of devotees offer him prayers regularly. I will try my level best to do justice to the character and will never let him down through the role I’m going to portray. I consider myself lucky to essay the role of Sai Baba.” This movie to be crafted in a universal manner by a combination of entertainment & devotion,  will educate the public that magic is different from miracles.
